Welcome to the Eduxo WordPress Theme Documentation
Thank you for choosing Eduxo! We truly appreciate your purchase and support. As a valued customer, you’re entitled to free lifetime updates and top-notch support directly from the theme author.
This documentation is designed to guide you through every aspect of customizing your theme. Please read it thoroughly to understand how Eduxo is structured and how to make the most of it.
Theme Requirements
To use Eduxo smoothly, ensure your hosting environment meets the following minimum requirements:
- WordPress version 5.0 or higher
- PHP version 5.6.x or higher
- MySQL version 5 or higher
We have tested Eduxo on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Please also ensure the following:
- Your web host meets the basic WordPress requirements
- You’re running the latest version of WordPress
- You download WordPress from the official website
- You use secure passwords for your FTP and database access
For improved security, make sure your server runs PHP under your account’s username instead of the default shared one (like www or www-data). Most hosting providers support this—ask them if you're unsure.
Recommended PHP Configuration
If you encounter issues like a blank screen, failed demo imports, or missing content, it could be due to low PHP configuration limits. Increasing these limits can fix most problems. You can do this yourself or ask your hosting provider to adjust the settings as follows:
max_execution_time = 600
memory_limit = 500M
post_max_size = 32M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
To check your current PHP limits, go to your WordPress Dashboard → Tools → Site Health → Info → Server.
Adjusting these settings ensures a smooth setup and helps prevent errors. For added security, always use strong passwords and keep your WordPress core and plugins up to date.
